Kodakkad Bank

The Kodakkad Service Bank Auditorium is an institutional project that combines contemporary architectural design with functionality and visual appeal. Featuring a distinctive facade, symmetrical building elements, and a carefully planned entrance, the structure creates a welcoming venue for community gatherings, institutional events, meetings, and cultural programmes.

The exterior showcases a thoughtful combination of red brick-textured finishes, contrasting light-coloured architectural elements, and a stone-finished base. The layered facade design adds depth and character to the building, while the prominent entrance establishes a clear focal point. Integrated exterior lighting highlights the architectural details, enhancing the building’s appearance during the evening and reinforcing its identity as a prominent community space.

The building’s layout emphasizes accessibility, a defined entrance sequence, and a balanced architectural composition. The landscaped surroundings, boundary wall, and entrance approach contribute to an organized setting that complements the overall design. Together, these elements create an institutional building that balances aesthetic character with the practical requirements of a public gathering space.
